I can’t access my email anymore.

I finally found the solution:

- When you type your address and password if you get an error message:

"This password is incorrect. Make sure you are using the correct password for your Microsoft account."

This after several attempts.

- You need to look at the options provided below:

1-I forgot my password
2-Sign in with a one-time code

You will need to choose the first option "I forgot my password"

Then you will be redirected to this page that looks like this:

Why can't you sign in?

o I forgot my password

o I know my password but I can't sign in

o I think someone else is using my Microsoft account

Then you will choose option 3 "I think someone...."

You are once again redirected to another page:



Then you will type the email address in question and then you will enter the security code (the characters).

Click the "NEXT" button

You are once again redirected to another page:

"We need to verify your identity
How would you like to receive your security code?

O E-mail *****
O I don’t have any of this information "

Then you will choose option 1 "E-mail..."

You will enter the email address (for security) that you used to create your account for the first time for the account in question.
