Microsoft is preventing me from accessing my emails

Hello,

I want to read my emails on Hotmail on my PC, but it's impossible.

I had to change my password.

The message is "Help us secure your account". Click on verify, then another message
"On your mobile device, approve the ZALUI request". There, nothing happens, I don't have Hotmail on my mobile.

Can you please help me?
