Issue with account verification on Binance.

Hello everyone, I've created an account on Binance, the cryptocurrency application.
However, like all these applications, you need to verify your account and identity by presenting your identification documents.
And so Binance is no exception to the rule, anyway. After presenting my residence permit and showing my face as they requested (no problem on that side), they asked me to enter my phone number so that it could be verified, just an extra step in the identity verification of the account.
So I enter my phone number, click on verify, and then the loading happens, and an error appears saying that there was a problem and that the verification could not be completed.
From there, they offer us to retry, which I've done many times but always with the same result. I've seen that several people have the same problem as me, but I have not found any solution to this issue to date.

I noticed the same problem, I live in Morocco and I'm waiting for someone to respond to resolve this issue.
