Instagram is not sending me the security code!

Hello,
My Instagram account has been blocked for 5 days now because they are asking me for my phone number for a security code!
I provide my number but they have never sent me the code...
Yesterday, I created another account and 10 minutes later they did the same thing again!
So each time I have to re-enter my number but they don't send me the security code via SMS.
Can anyone help, please?
