Hello,

My printer, which is just a month old, is showing a paper jam error even though there isn't any, so I can no longer print.

    In general, it's a mechanical defect. Unless there is really a small piece of paper somewhere, there will be a sensor that detects the presence or absence of paper that is stuck or broken.
    One month = warranty = return to the seller.
