Canon TS6150 paper jam without paper

Hello,
My Canon TS6150 printer is consistently showing a paper jam (error code 1303) even though there is no paper or foreign object inside. I have cleaned it, blown it out, and tried other suggestions found online without success.

If there are no more paper debris (which requires thorough checking after delicate disassembly), you can try these Canon tutorials:

However, in the absence of debris, there may be a faulty mechanical or optical sensor.
