Canon TS6150 paper jam without paper

Hello,
My Canon TS6150 printer is consistently showing a paper jam (error code 1303) even though there is no paper or foreign object inside. I have cleaned it, blown it out, and tried other suggestions found online without success.

    However, in the absence of debris, there may be a faulty mechanical or optical sensor.
