Hello,
I have a Canon MG3600 printer. I can no longer print because every time I start the printing process, my paper gets stuck, causing a jam.
I checked to see if there was any paper left in the printer. Apparently, there is no piece of paper stuck.
Can you help me, please??
Thank you.

    Hello.

You took the precaution to specify "apparently" ...
So you need to carefully disassemble the printer to ensure that a piece of paper or a paperclip hasn't remained in the sheet feed mechanism.

If you rarely use the printer, the rollers or gears may be in poor condition.
But in this case, it will be a technician who will need to handle the intervention; not you!

It may also be that the paper is responsible for the jam: too thin, too thick, too damp, or not loosened enough ...

      Good evening,
thank you for your response. There is a place where the paper is jammed (around the middle-right). I don't understand because I unplugged the printer. Plugged it back in. My printer is for family use. I therefore do not use paper clips. Only a stapler that is rather in my living room (where the lighting is better).
Are you in the Antilles: Martinique, Guadeloupe?? I went with my daughters to Martinique. A very good memory.
