Hello,
I can't restart my Brother J4620 printer.
I've tried the trick of plugging it in while holding the on/off button.
It wakes up, but the message says "functions disabled".
And it turns off.
Do you have any advice?
Thank you.
Best regards,
Christine
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 90.0.4430.93

Hello,
Which Windows OS is your printer connected to on your PC?
How: USB cable or Wi-Fi?
Have you installed the drivers for your printer... https://www.brother.fr/services-et-supports/mfc-j4620dw/downloads

That's not the answer I was expecting.
I was asking if your PC is personal, meaning it belongs to you.
With the pandemic, companies and administrations are lending laptops to their staff for remote work.
If it is indeed a non-personal PC, you need to contact your network manager who also manages the IT equipment (the process works the same way in administrations). -
