    Hello,

    I think you have an ink cartridge error.
    Do you have the original cartridges?

    Try this:

    1. With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord.
    2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
    3. Wait for 60 seconds.
    4. Plug the power cord back into a wall outlet, then into the printer.

    Try several times if necessary!
