printer error

Question

Hello,
I am getting back to you because I have an issue that I can't resolve: the error code when I turn on my HP ENVY 4500 printer:
error code 0X83C0000A NOS_LOADER_APP? I deleted all traces of my printer from my laptop, and I can't reconnect it, I think because of this error that appears on the screen of my printer. My laptop's internet connection is fine. Thank you for your help, if I can avoid a paid technician's intervention.

Hello,  Source forum HP:   Hardware reset:  With the printer powered on, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Remove the USB cable, if applicable. Wait 2 to 3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to discharge any residual charge. Now plug the power cable directly into a wall outlet without a surge protector or extension cord (this is important), then plug the power cord back into the printer. Turn on the printer and wait for the warm-up period to complete and for the printer to be idle.  -- This is a public community.
