Error code NP-31866-4 I no longer have access to PS+ cloud.

Hello,

My PS+ subscription ended over a month ago, and seeing the Days of Play arrive, I preferred to wait for the promotion to renew my subscription (€45 instead of €60), which I did on 02/06/21 (yesterday). However, since then I’ve had no access to the cloud and therefore cannot retrieve the saved data stored there, nor can I save anything new.

Examples:

- When I go to "Settings," then "Application Saved Data Management," then "Saved Data in System Storage," then "Upload to Online Storage," and choose the game I want to save, I barely get a glimpse of the transferable files before it shows me error code NP-31866-4.

- When I go to "Settings," then "Saved Data in Online Storage," and then "Download to System Storage" or "Delete," it immediately shows me error code NP-31866-4.

- When I’m on a game’s page and press "Options" (start), then "Upload/Download Saved Data," then "Upload All" or "Select and Upload," it displays error code NP-3166-4.

I would like to point out that I have access to all PS+ features (the free monthly games, the promotions, multiplayer...) but not the cloud.

I hope I have provided enough information and have been clear in my explanations.

Does anyone have a solution to propose?

You need to change your network password and it should start working again. Have a nice day.
