The section in French has disappeared

Hello, why does the option field named “traduire la seccion en français” disappear when I right-click on a highlighted line?

    Hello,

    The "translation function" may have been disabled due to a "bug".

    Please verify that it is enabled.

    In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the three vertical dots and then Settings.

    In the left-hand menu, click "Languages".

    Under the Google Translate section, turn on the switch "Use Google Translate".

    Verify that the option 'Translate into this language' is set to French.
