Blue screen error code "0xc0000034" after Windows Update.

Hello,

Following a Windows update, my Packard Bell Easy note TE computer is no longer working, I'm getting a blue screen with the following error code "0xc0000034".

I tried to repair it with the built-in tools of the computer, but it says that it failed.

I attempted to do a factory reset, but that doesn't work either; after starting up, the computer immediately displays the blue page with the error code "0xc0000034".

I looked into creating or downloading a Windows repair USB, but the PC needs to be functioning or I need my Windows product key (which I obviously don’t have anymore, otherwise it wouldn't be fun).

I have absolutely no access to anything except the BIOS...

Could someone please help me before I resort to using force with big hammer strikes?
