Hello,
I've noticed for some time that my TV - exclusively connected to the Freebox Player Revolution - freezes or gets stuck on the image. I have reset my Freeplugs as instructed by Free, but the problem persists, even after swapping the Freeplugs. On the player (Settings/System/Network/Freeplugs), I see that one of the Freeplugs shows an insufficient transfer value (less than 100, while the other is always above 120) even when I change its power outlet.
I read that there are significantly more efficient plugs available in stores, but I haven't found plugs that have both the power supply and the Ethernet port like the ones from Free, just plugs that have a power outlet and an Ethernet port.
Are there any "identical" ones available, and which ones?
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 83.0

Hello,
no, there is no PLC adapter with a power supply for Freeboxes. I have PLC adapters from TPLINK that work well with the Freebox; you just need to connect them to your Freebox Server (the box with the clock) and your Freebox Player (TV box) and use the Freeplugs solely for powering the Freebox units. However, before that, I recommend restarting your Freebox Server (the box with the clock). Once it’s working, do the same with the Freebox TV unit; this will update them, as I don’t think your problem comes from the Freeplugs.
