Hello,
I am a customer of Free.
I have a Freebox Révolution with a Multi-TV option.
Everything was working perfectly, the connection between my freeplugs was perfect until 6 days ago. Indeed, for the past 6 days, I have been experiencing serious TV reception issues. Image pixelation, audio and video stuttering...
I unplugged everything, I resynchronized the FPs. Nothing works... It works perfectly for a few minutes, up to 1 hour max, but then it malfunctions again. When I unplug and replug it, it works again, but then it malfunctions a little while later.
When I check the Freeplugs section of my Freeplayer, the communication appears poor between the FPs despite the troubleshooting.
I don't know what to do anymore. If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it.
