Hello,
we just moved and changed our SFR box. The two bottom indicators are on, but we don't have internet... what could be the issue (maybe the powerline adapters are too old?)
Thanks for your help
Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 10.1.2

Yes, thank you, that's the procedure we followed. The two boxes are recognizing each other correctly. It seems that the issue comes from the powerline adapter connection. Being clueless, I have a question: our powerline adapters are ten years old; is it possible that they are no longer compatible with the new box we received fifteen days ago?
We went through everything from A to Z; in fact, I believe we had an issue with the cable and the Ethernet socket. For the moment, it works on 2 different sockets in the same room. We will see tonight about putting the computer back in the office.
In any case, thank you for your responsiveness.
Have a good afternoon.

Hi,
it is highly likely that your new electrical installation is not suitable for powerline adapters.
If it is recent, there may be integrated wiring; have you checked?
Otherwise,
you need to unplug all non-essential devices that could interfere with the powerline signals, such as power supplies, chargers...
