    That does not address the clarifications to be provided:

    - what use? This type of speaker is intended for outdoor sound systems, not to be paired with a hi-fi preamp-amplifier that is used with two compatible loudspeakers and not with a single speaker.

    That said, some sound could come out of it but a second speaker would be missing.

    - seeing a photo gives no indication of the exact model of the device, even less its specifications

    - the speaker's specifications (maximum power, impedance) are always unknown.

    I don't know either if it can work and cannot offer a lead to a solution in the absence of the technical elements already requested.

    There is basically no chance of getting a low-impedance amplifier (domestic sound system) to drive a 100-volt line horn speaker (public address). For a 100V line system you need a specialized amplifier.
