Powerline adapter issue

Hello, I had a problem this morning. I can no longer connect to the internet via Ethernet cable. I've tried everything to fix the issue, but nothing works. When I try to connect, it says "unidentified network," but I think I found the source of the problem: my powerline adapter. I think they are not synchronized. So if someone could please help me, thank you. The description and brand of the adapters are: Bigben Multiple500P.

    Hello
The best way to "synchronize" 2 powerline adapters is to connect them side by side to a power strip (just for synchronization, no network cable connected).
On the 1st adapter, press the Reset button for 6/8 seconds (the Power light goes off and then back on) and then for 2 seconds (the power light blinks), and do exactly the same on the 2nd adapter... The synchronization is successful if the Power and Data lights are solid on both.

Then place them on the wall outlets (avoid using a power strip) where you want, and connect the network cable.

The farther apart the outlets are, the worse the connection will be. The quality of the electrical network is very important.
Count on +/- 50% of the advertised speed with a new electrical network.
Feel free to try different outlets for testing. The speed is never guaranteed.

    Cheers

If this answer helped you: a little thank you is nice. If it's resolved: the green button at the top is better ;-)

Let him who has never opened a user manual throw the first mouse.

Good morning, I’ve tried everything you recommended, but nothing works. For the first 6 to 8 seconds, the light turns off and then comes back on, but for the second part, it doesn’t start blinking and stays on.

    Hi,
if the second one doesn't respond to the button presses, it's probably broken, you need to ask Big Ben for a replacement, where does this brand come from again...
oh yes, it sounded familiar, they usually do more in music.
They’d better stick to that clearly.

    oh dear!
it would be too easy if it worked on the first try.
my last Wi-Fi powerline adapters took a whole hour to understand... (for once it wasn’t my fault)

      Hi,
If it takes them an hour to find each other, it's likely they'll get lost at the first radio interference that comes along.

      Hi
Let’s say I’ve tried the setup several times ... and that I connect you to the router, hold it down, wait...
Change the outlet just in case... stairs ... in short :o)

What worries me is that I’ve experienced brief signal drops. (time in seconds)

      Back to Boulanger/Chambray 2?

      Oh, are they essential B?
Not great as a product, indeed.
In principle, we pair the two (or more) on a power strip before placing them in their respective spots, hoping for the best.

not great? Yet my non-WiFi powerline adapters have been running without any problems for 10 years...
      Not the same manufacturer anymore?
Well, at least they're not a hassle for returns and I have plenty of time before the warranty expires :o)

The proximity of the store (very generalist, don't expect highly knowledgeable salespeople) is definitely an undeniable advantage.
Is there one in Chambray? I only knew about the one in St Pierre since the one in La Petite Arche closed.
      But still,
in terms of performance, their house brand is no Devolo, after all.
