Caisse d'Épargne website unavailable for 1 month? Solved

Question

Hello,  for the past month I have been unable to access my bank account. When I log in, it takes me to a page saying "Technical error, this service is temporarily unavailable, please try again later." I tried via the mobile app and it says "Connection error." I also tried using different browsers and even on another computer, the same thing happens. Is there maintenance on the site that has been going on for a month?  Configuration: Windows / Edge 85.0.564.63

Hello 1) Reset your browser  2) Run these commands in admin command prompt (or PowerShell - admin)  netsh winsock reset netsh winhttp reset proxy netsh winhttp reset tracing netsh winsock reset catalog netsh int ip reset all netsh int ipv4 reset catalog netsh int ipv6 reset catalog  ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /registerdns ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew  in groups or separately  it cleans the caches of the network cards, initializes the "catalogs", etc  restart  3) check the URL used     Take the time to comment! Clarckos: I just ran a Ccleaner cleanup, still the same.  Redbart: I did the command, restarted the computer but still the same. I’ll call them tomorrow, so it's been a month that I've had to spend blindly without having the flow on my account.

Hello again, well, the problem is resolved. My advisor blocked my access to my bank account because she suspected my card had been stolen following several "strange" purchases (I plan to change my PC configuration, so at the beginning of December, I made several purchases for components like a new motherboard, case, CPU, graphics card, etc....), and she did this without informing me or anything, no email or message....  Anyway, she has unlocked my account, so it's all good now. Thanks to those who suggested things.

I see that the mentality of the employees at the Caisse d'Épargne hasn't changed; they still act like they're the masters of the world, which is one of the reasons I left as soon as I could.
