E-card "The server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again"

Hello,

I have a problem with e-blue card. I tried to resolve it by using another computer, through the software, via remote access, I even called e-blue card's customer service, my bank's customer service, everyone is passing the buck and no one knows how to help me...

Here’s the problem: I enter my username and password (the correct ones, and it doesn't say "invalid password or username," etc.), and this message appears: "The server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." So I’m willing to accept that, and I’m willing to wait... But it’s been more than two months that it's been "temporarily unavailable"… Has anyone ever had this problem and how did they resolve it? I've searched everywhere without success.

    It works for me.

    You can try the following:
    Go to your browser's cookies.
    Search for e-carte bleue or service.e-cartebleue and delete all the cookies.

    If you have trouble finding the cookies, please let me know which browser you are using.

      I have already deleted all the cookies by completely clearing the history. And the problem occurs when I use Google, but also when I use the software.

      Try anyway with Firefox.
      But it looks like an issue with unrecognized credentials for some unknown reason.
