Zimbra migration to 10 Go

Hello,

I regularly have a message quota problem with my Free inbox, and a freehelper advised me to migrate to 10 GB.

The issue is that, even with their help, we have never found the link to do this in my case! It is usually located at the bottom left of the login page.

Can someone help me with this migration? Thank you in advance.

      Hello, I know this discussion is old, but I can't find it anywhere else. In my subscriber area, I don't have the option to switch to 10GB
      Has this been removed?

        In fact, it's the procedure I always try to follow, but my menu is different. I'm wondering if there might be a problem with the username or password. I requested a username, and I was told it would be sent to me by mail, but I'm not sure they are sending it to the right place; since I have a freebox, they should be, or at least I hope so.
