Free email antispam filter

Hello, I would like to access the settings to disable the antispam filter in my Free mailbox.  Could you please provide me with the steps to follow?  Thank you for your responses.

Thank you, I am supposed to receive emails that I am not receiving, I think they are being filtered by the antispam, they do not appear in the trash or in the spam folder.
I am therefore looking to disable the antispam.

Hello,  There is no antispam at Free. It has been removed for quite a few years, as Free got reprimanded for its overly zealous filter.  So if messages are not arriving, the problem lies elsewhere. It should also be noted that antispam filters send mail to the Spam folder, but they do not delete it (which allows for recovery in case of errors).    -- What is well conceived is clearly stated, And the words to express it come easily. By the way...

If you're not receiving emails (and they aren’t in your "spam" folder) ... the sender should have a non-delivery message with an error code... This code helps to understand the reason for the blockage.

So, if you can ask one of the concerned senders... Here’s how to decipher the code they might provide you with:

I would like to remove the filter from Free's emails that sends them to a "Spam" folder, which is visible through Free's webmail but not accessible with my email client (Thunderbird). Invoice notifications, even those from Free (Freebox, Freemobile), are sent to this folder that I cannot see when I check my emails with Thunderbird on PC or Bluemail on mobile.
