RAM not at the right frequency

Hello,
I bought a custom PC so I chose the components. However, I'm having it assembled by a professional because it's simpler for me. I chose an MSI motherboard and RAM sticks at 3000MHz.
But when I go to the MSI Dragon Center software, which bugs like crazy—it's horrible, but I saw I'm not the only one—it shows that it's only at 2400MHz. So I decided to check in the BIOS; I tried everything, but it doesn't work—it tells me that it fails and everything goes back to the default settings. Or when I try directly from the MSI software, it says there's a conflict with the settings.
I don't know what to do; if someone could help me, it would really be appreciated! :)
If not, I will go check at the store.
Thanks in advance!

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 13.1.2

Hello,

In the BIOS, do you see DRAM frequency on auto?
Switch to manual and disable XMP.
Change the frequency. If you get blue screens afterwards, you'll need to lower the frequency slightly.
I had the same issue on a B450 Gaming Plus, unable to run the sticks at full speed.

Thank you for your response.
Yes, it seems that I am in auto mode. I forgot to explain to you what I've already done, so I'm going to do that now.
I tried to create an XMP profile by manually setting the settings for my RAM as well as my frequency.
My motherboard is a Z390 Gaming Edge AC.
But briefly, whenever I change anything, it says that it has failed.
And finally, yes, I have had blue screens. And I know that it has nothing to do with my RAM, but the Drahon Center software crashed the other day, Spotify crashed once... just to say that all of this scares me :/
