Blocked Actions Instagram

Hello, good evening.

I really need someone's help, I apologize in advance for the mistakes in my message.

Earlier, while I was on Instagram as usual, I received a message saying that my actions were blocked.

So I pressed “Contact Us” BUT! The message just keeps showing up again and again. Each time I press “OK” it reappears, and the same happens if I press “Contact Us.”

I can like posts and follow people, there's no problem with that.

I could really use someone's help. I changed my password, uninstalled and reinstalled Instagram; turned my phone off and on again...

and this is only happening on one account! because I have 2 other accounts and it doesn’t happen there.

I have the same problem, try checking in your settings > security > login activity to see if you have been hacked.
