Instagram: what does the "try again later" message mean?

Hello, for the past few days I've been getting the following message on my Instagram page: "Try again later, We are limiting the frequency of certain actions you can take on Instagram to protect our community." I don't understand why my account is blocked like this since there has been no triggering element (no suspicious posts, etc.). Moreover, I've tried to contact Instagram numerous times without results, and I still don't know how to unlock my account. Strangely, I can still post content, but my feed is blocked and I have no access to stories. Has anyone else had this problem?
