Hello,
I just bought this phone and everything is set up fine, but the phone keeps flashing a blue light all the time. What should I do? Thank you.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.117

    What exact model do you have? With built-in answering machine (multiple buttons and display on the base) or without answering machine (only one button under the base)?

    You mentioned it blinks blue.
    Is it the screen that blinks, an LED, or a button?
    On the screen, there is no message like "x NVX CALL" and no blinking icon
    Describe the icons present and their status (see below for details)

      Thank you for your response. So, it's a XL 575 Voice Duo with built-in answering machine, and at the top left of the handset, the number 10 from the manual is flashing in blue? Thank you.

      Remove the handset from its base
      Press the "Paging" button under the base.
      The handset should ring..
      Pick up then hang up.
      Place the handset back on the base..
