Issue with ALCATEL XL385 Voice

Hello,
Here it is: since a power outage, I can no longer use my phone. When I try to call, the screen displays "BUSY".
If I call it, my calling phone's screen displays "CONNECTION FAILED".
I should mention that this has happened to me before, but usually, it was enough to call it for everything to return to normal.
Lately, I really need it.
So, thank you in advance for your answers, as buying another one is not really easy.

    Do you have access to the menu?
    Try this procedure extracted from the XL375 manual, which is more detailed than that of the XL385:
