Hello,

The Alcatel Xl375 phone connected to the SFR box was unplugged after a storm... The box was restarted without any problems, but it is impossible to get the landline phone back on... The message "Turn on Base" is flashing on both devices...
Thank you for your help... The connection to the box is done... could it be a problem with the phone jack that might have fried?

To check if the socket is operational, simply plug a lamp into it.
Is the phone's telephone cable connected to the wall socket or to the back of the box?

The power supply is operational. Thank you for your help. An electrician needs to come.
To check the connections. Apparently, it’s the phone that got fried by lightning
