Connection issue with the loaned 4G key

Hello,
For a month and a half, I haven't had internet, so I went to get a 4G dongle that didn't work, then just before the lockdown, I went to get another one, but the same issue persisted. Since then, I still have no internet connection and I can't get any help because the shops are closed. So I can't check if it's the dongle that's the problem, but this is the second one, so there is definitely an issue. I asked if there was any possibility of sending me another one, but of course not. I call SFR every day; they are useless. We never get the same person, except for them to tell me that I am in migration. That's the only answer they can give me, but there's no one to solve the problem. They can advertise on TV that SFR is always with you, yes, when everything is fine, but when it doesn't work, they are a bunch of insignificant people!!!!!!!
I called them again to see if there was anything I might not have done while installing the dongle, but they are incapable of answering me—first-class idiots!!!!!!!! It really frustrates me!!!!!!!
