Hello,
I have a big problem: my Oceanic television no longer displays an image. I have sound and the functions are working.
It seems that I can perform a software update to make it work properly again, but I can't find how to do it. Thank you for your responses.

    Hello

The real question is also, nothing on the screen? Not even the menus, totally black? Or just not the channels?

Another simpler test to do first, unplug your TV from the power for 10-15 minutes, then plug it back in, it can't hurt, and it might change something.
If not, check the firmware, but if there’s no picture at all, it won’t be of any use.

Finally, check the website https://www.oceanicworldwide.com/ and see in the "Support" section if there is a firmware for the specific model of your television. If so, there will be instructions.

    best regards

Thank you. Yes, completely black but the functions are working fine, like changing the sound for example.

Have you tried an external source? Like a DVD player for example?

I unplugged everything and plugged it back in. Nothing changes.

What Andy31200 suggests is to try connecting a temporary "external" device to see if an external source displays anything, which could indicate a settings issue.
But if you don't even have the TV's own menu display, it's highly likely that the problem is on the screen side.

External source = BluRay/DVD player, satellite receiver, etc...
