I am a new member and I recently encountered error code x80070003 when updating Windows Update. I would like to know what it means and what the solution is to fix the problem.

    Hello,

    If you're not on v1903, bypass it, this should fix the WU download issues.
    If you have Avast!, Antivir, uninstall it and let Windows Defender handle things.

    Then:

    Install the Windows 1903 update manually with the update assistant or Media Creation tool.
    Follow these step-by-step tutorials:

      Good evening,
      Thank you for all the advice. I just checked that I am on Windows version 1903 and I managed to install the cumulative update KB 4517389. However, I am unable to install the update KB 4522355, despite the 4 options from the Microsoft catalog. The installation of KB 4522355 stops at 7% of the cumulative update and the computer rolls back the changes. How can I get my computer to accept this cumulative update?
