The real question is also, nothing on the screen? Not even the menus, totally black? Or just not the channels?
Another simpler test to do first, unplug your TV from the power for 10-15 minutes, then plug it back in, it can't hurt, and it might change something.
If not, check the firmware, but if there’s no picture at all, it won’t be of any use.
Finally, check the website https://www.oceanicworldwide.com/ and see in the "Support" section if there is a firmware for the specific model of your television. If so, there will be instructions.

Thank you. Yes, completely black but the functions are working fine, like changing the sound for example.
Have you tried an external source? Like a DVD player for example?
