Unable to update to version 1903

Hello,

I still can't update Windows 10 from version 1809 to version 1903 because the reboot gets stuck at some point. Yesterday, the PC froze on the blue screen at 10%, so I had to forcibly shut down the computer, and when I restart, it continues then gets stuck again, so another forced shutdown. I restart and it shows a black screen saying "reverting changes."
I don't know what to do anymore.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 69.0

Manually install the Windows 1903 update using the update assistant or Media Creation tool.
Follow these step-by-step tutorials:

Hello,
I can't update Windows 10 from version 1803 to 1903.
When I use Windows Update I get the error: 0xc1900130.
When I use Media Creation Tool, the installation fails at the end.

  Make sure to do everything.

  Reinstalling Windows 10 without formatting:
  
  The principle is to create a Windows 10 installation USB drive and boot the computer from it to reinstall Windows without formatting in order to keep your data.
  Since the computer is frozen, you need to create this from another functional computer.
  
  To create the USB drive:
  
  You need a USB drive of at least 8 GB.
  Create a USB drive with Media Creation Tool: https://www.malekal.com/windows-10-media-creation-tool/
  Boot from it by modifying the boot sequence and selecting the USB drive or DVD: How to boot the computer from USB drive
  
  If the USB drive doesn't work, try creating another one with Rufus: how to download Rufus.
  Download the ISO file, for example with Adguard: Download Windows ISO
  Launch Rufus and specify the path to the ISO file
  In partition type, choose GPT.

Do you have enough space on your disk?

You can create a USB drive (at least 8GB)

Hello.

Check in the C:\ root if Windows.old exists, it is huge and the size of Windows.

Press the Windows and X keys

Click on Command Prompt (admin) or Windows Powershell (admin)

Type cleanmgr

Check Windows Update and Previous Windows installations and confirm.

Clean all logs, press the Windows and X keys, click on

Windows Powershell (admin)

Then type (without the brackets) [ wevtutil el | foreach-object {wevtutil cl "$_"} ] or Copy/Paste.

Check if there are restore points, if you have Ccleaner, run it then click on

Tool -> System Restore, delete the old points.
