Hello, I placed an order nearly a week ago and my package was supposed to be delivered today. I received an email saying that my package would arrive, but I got the same one two days ago. I went to the Colissimo website to track my order and it says "package handed over for delivery as soon as possible." I would like to know what that means. Thank you.

This would seem to indicate that you have indeed received this package? Or the same message??
In any case, Colissimo tracking is riddled with false information because the post office often puts the cart before the horse or sometimes well behind the horse.... I think that tomorrow morning, the tracking will have evolved once again and your package will certainly be noted as out for delivery..

Hello, my package has said since Friday "unfortunately your package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered as soon as possible." It's 2 PM and still nothing. Should I go directly to the post office?
