Tablet stuck on startup screen

Hello, I have a DANEW DSLIDE 1015 touchscreen tablet, and it is stuck on the startup screen. I can't do anything, not even turn it off. I'm asking for help if possible, thank you.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 71.0.3578.98

    unfortunately this is due to an update ....
    You need to reset it so turn it off and press the VOL+ and POWER buttons
    Press the VOL- button until "wipe data/factory reset" appears and then press the power button
    Press the VOL- button until "yes" appears and then press the power button
    Once the procedure is finished, press the power button and your device will restart
