Hello,I am still having issues with my Danew dbook 110, I need help unlocking the screen as I have lost my password.I would like to point out that this device does not have a CD compartment and it was a gift received for a magazine subscription, so it was factory configured.Thank you for your advice.Best regards.sissi0850Configuration: Windows / Edge 83.0.478.58

Hello,
You need to use a paperclip: insert it into the small hole under the tablet and press on/off
Then navigate through the menu by pressing with the paperclip and confirm with on/off
Select wipe data, yes, then after the reset, choose reboot system

Hello,
After speaking with a technician online, I received the procedure by email to send it back to the factory. Apart from the transport, I haven't paid for any repairs. It was returned quite quickly.
I haven't set a password and I'm not using this device; being used to Windows on desktop and laptop PCs and Apple, I'm not comfortable with this hybrid version where everything is factory configured.

Hello for that
With the tablet turned off, press the on/off button and the volume up button (F5) at the same time.
A message will inform you that you have 10 chances to enter your password before a factory reset. Make a mistake 10 times.
The data recovery will begin. Don’t panic if you see the "Danew" screen for a while, it takes time.

You will find your tablet in factory version. You will need to set it up again and your data will be erased and therefore lost.

Hello,
Turn off the tablet.
Use a needle to press the reset button (located at the back, a tiny hole), keep holding the reset button, and press the power on button for 1 or 2 seconds.
Release the reset button and wait (it takes quite a while).
A menu screen appears (black with the menu in green or orange).
Contrary to what is stated, the volume buttons do not work; you need to press the reset button (still on the back) to navigate in the menu.
Press the power on button to confirm your choice.
