I received a Samsung tablet from abroad and I tried to connect with my email to download apps but without success.

Assuming it is new and given its origin, nothing rules out that it could be counterfeit or intended for the Chinese market (no Google) or the result of a wholesale order from a company with a customized firmware that excludes it or access to the Store only available from the country of origin.
If it is used, perhaps an old Google account that has not been deleted. -

You need a Gmail account to use the Play Store. Otherwise try downloading Aptoid.
