Thomson tablet locked

Hello everyone
I reset my 2-in-1 Thomson Heroes 10.2GR3 tablet and upon restarting it asked me for a username and password!
I tried the old passwords and usernames and nothing works!
Please help me, thank you in advance.

      The problem is that I can't access the tablet's program!
      I'm stuck at the identification, on the first startup page!
