Hello,

How can I reset my tablet knowing that the volume buttons (e.g., like Huawei) are on the screen except for the power button and the reset button doesn't work to completely reset it?

    To perform a hard reset on the dslide 1013, you need to press and hold the power and home buttons simultaneously for a long time.
    You will find yourself on a page with several items including reset; navigate by pressing the buttons on the right side of the tablet, and to confirm, you need to hold the button down (not very intuitive).
