Hello,
I have a Thomson Neo14-SE laptop that I have been using for 15 months. It was working perfectly until now, but I haven’t used it for a month, and when I tried to turn it on, the light blinked two or three times without starting the laptop, and now nothing happens when I try to turn it on; it remains hopelessly off... I can plug it in for hours, and the charging light comes on, but there’s no way for the laptop to turn on!
Do you have any solutions to propose?
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 70.0.3538.77

Hello,
First of all, your PC is still under warranty (2 years), so don't wait too long.
I've sold this kind of PC, and clearly, it's junk. It breaks down all the time.
Still, try (just in case) to unplug your PC (if possible, remove the battery, but I think on this model you can't) and hold down the power button on your PC. This action will perform a "hard reset", meaning that your components will be electrically discharged and will be reset (you won't lose your data).
If this doesn't work, don't delay in taking it to the service center and ask for a free warranty extension.
