Hello, after an update on my PC, my computer won't go to the Windows page.
It shows Thomson, it searches, the outline of a window appears, then it turns off again...

What should I do? It's not even 6 months old.
And I can't remove the battery.

Thank you for your help.

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.0

    Hello,
You will need a USB key that we will completely format (delete all the data on it) with a minimum of 4GB, so be careful to back up the data on the key.
You need to use another computer and download the tool from this site (Button "download now the tool")https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10
    Once the software is launched:
Click on Accept if you accept the terms of the license agreement.
On the page What do you want to do?, select Create installation media for another PC, then click Next.
Choose the language, edition, and architecture of Windows 10 (32 or 64 bits). (when in doubt, choose both 32 and 64 bit)
    Choose USB key
Wait for the download and data copying to finish on the USB key and then eject the USB key properly.
Plug the USB key into your computer and then repeatedly press the F12 key; if no menu appears, try the following keys: F2, F11, Delete, Escape
If you have a list, navigate down with the arrow keys and choose your USB key, then press the Enter key.
If you arrive at a menu with many settings, access the boot or BIOS tab and set your USB key as the first option, then in the Exit / Quit tab select "Save changes and exit", confirm with the corresponding key.

Once the Windows installer is launched, find the button "Repair your computer" and follow the instructions here:
