    Hello,

    Install RegRun Reanimator latest version up to date:

    Click the Send Report tab > Send Report > Reboot and Confirm

    After reboot, close the program window and send the report located on the desktop (regrunlog) to catupload.com

    Start Reanimator, then, by closing the first Reanimator window with the X in the top right corner, in the second window, with the Reanimator tab, click Complete anti-spyware check...

    Expand the main window and slightly lower the bottom-right panel, not to hide the information at the very bottom, but almost, so that you can see as much as possible of the top panel when you take a screenshot.

    Then if OK,

    Right-click the Start button, use this command with Windows PowerShell (Admin Terminal)

    CHKDSK /F C:

    Answer Y for Yes to then restart Windows.

    Then

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Then

    sfc /scannow

    If that doesn’t help.

    Download the Windows 11 ISO file

    When you have the ISO file, right-click > Open with > Windows Explorer

    Then click on the setup.exe file

    Follow the instructions to "install" without erasing anything, so that the checkboxes showing you keep everything are indeed OK.

    Good evening,

    I would try to update the BIOS if it isn’t up to date, and the drivers as well.

    CPU-Z in the Mainboard tab can inform of the version, as can DxDiag, without downloading anything.

    Then for the drivers, download IOBit Driver Booster Free from the official site to analyze and update the drivers.

    /!\ Be careful not to install third-party programs (uncheck) during installation and only click Install once, otherwise it installs something else /!\

    The free version does not update more than 15 drivers,

    It works better with a Pro license key found on Giveaway sites by searching for a working key for the Pro version.

    Like here, with no guarantee that one of the keys still works, but you have to try.
