Hello.
Remove the battery, unplug the power supply, press the "power" button for 20 seconds, then reinsert the battery or the power supply (only one of the two!) and try to start your computer.

My computer is a Thomson neo-notbook 14.1" and it won't turn on or charge anymore. I don't know what to do (the battery can't be removed). Please help me, it's urgent.
