    Hello,
    Have you read this:
    https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-19844826-tv-toshiba-bloquee-en-mode-hotel-help
If not, try resetting the TV, see page 65 of this manual

    Hello,

indeed, these TVs are special and programmed to work in hotels and hospitals, not for private individuals... this is intentional to prevent guests from taking the TVs home with them..

They do not receive TV through a regular antenna... but only from the hotel/hospital's teledistribution room... the TV signal is reconstructed and re-encoded according to the company's protocol.. these are bulk purchases in large quantities.

Moreover, read the forum's guidelines carefully... we do not assist in doing illegal things.

      Thank you very much
It’s the clinic that provided us with the television and of course they don’t know how to fix the problem
It’s not possible to reset it either
Once in the service menu, incomprehensible things appear
No place to turn off hotel mode
      Anyway, I’m still looking, thanks

@Andy31200 gave you a link that you can read. It still offers a good number of possibilities to get out of there... if I understood correctly, you don’t necessarily have to put OFF in a corner and it works... no, it’s not that simple... and the validation is done by turning off the television... and a little later by turning it back on and there are other things with the mute button... Have you done all that??

I’d add that this menu... You see it, not us... we should guess what you see...
Let’s say that if you hope for help, it would also be to do everything you can to help those who want to help you.
A clear photo of this screen that you don’t understand might be a source of solutions for those who do understand... do you understand that??

This displays on the television screen
      In the top left corner
      RCUT
      ADDR. DATA
      0X061. 9AH

There you go, if that can help you

      Thank you

It doesn't help me, no, this menu doesn't tell me anything. I was asking for a photo...

There must be other menus according to what I read in the link...

Do you know if other people from the clinic have managed to get this type of TV working on national channels... the company that installs these TVs in the clinic must know...??

But as I told you above, the antenna cable in hospitals doesn't carry the same signal as the channels you receive at home...

You need to turn on the TV, then press and hold the mute button on the remote and press the OK button (the one at the bottom) on the TV at the same time.
A window opens where the hotel mode can be disabled.
Then turn off the TV to validate your choice.

Do not confuse the OK button on the remote with the OK button that is on the television...
