Unlocking hotel mode Philips 20HF5234/10

Hello
I have a small Philips flat TV model 20HF5234/10 and I can't access the menu button; the TV is probably in hotel mode. Can you help me please?
The buttons on the TV are not working either.
What should I do, please???

    Hello
    normally you need the TV's pin code
    normally, if it hasn't been changed, it should be 0000 or 1234
    otherwise try entering the following combination with the remote:
    319753 + "mute" button
    no guarantee that it will work
