Samsung UE32D5500 Hotel Mode

Hello,
I have a Samsung TV UE32D5500 and I don't have access to the channel search menu,
apparently it is in hotel mode!
I have tried several times mute 1 1 9 enter and I accessed the hidden menu but there is nowhere to disable this function! I had to go through the hidden menu for channel search but I would like it to be normal through the regular menu!
I also don't have access to the Plug and Play settings!!!!

    Hello,
    Try pressing the "exit" button for more than 10 seconds and you should gain access to the "reset" menu or "factory settings" or "initial setup"
