Thumbnail printing issue with PDF

Hello,

I have a problem. I have a PDF document (from a PowerPoint) that I want to print.
The issue is that it comes out as a miniature when I print it as a PDF, even though it looks normal on the screen in the print settings.
When printing directly from PowerPoint, it prints normally in A4 size.
My printer is a Toshiba E-Studio 305cs copier, if that helps.

Thank you for your help,

have a nice day.

    Open your PDF in Acrobat.
Move the mouse cursor down to the left to display the size of your PDF page. (This depends a bit on the zoom level to get this info)

If the format is A4, check in the print settings that you have not set a reduced scaling for printing.

      Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. I confirm it is indeed in A4 and there are no size issues during printing.
I found the solution after struggling quite a bit last night.

Actually, in the print window, you need to click on "advanced options" in the top right - a new window opens and there you have to check "print as an image" and hit ok. It worked and now there are no more issues with the thumbnail when printing PDF.

I don't know how it became unchecked, but in any case that resolved my problem.

Thanks again, have a great day!

      Hello,
Similar problem: page 1 was printed as a thumbnail.
The "print as image" solution works for me as well.
Thank you very much for the information!
