The way to save my Facebook videos on PC.

I mostly use my Facebook account on my smartphone. I’ve saved many “Reels” videos as English lessons, explanations of science, computing, medical, literary, historical topics, etc., which I stored in a folder.
I can’t retrieve these videos on my PC to watch them better on a screen larger than my smartphone, because I have issues with deteriorating visual acuity. I want to find a way to save these videos to my PC.

We will start by assuming that these contents are public and reliable; the drawback of Facebook is that they are most of the time not sourced (and also, in my view, that a video is less easy to leverage than a Web site dealing with the same subject).
It seems to me moreover that, since Facebook does not directly provide this recording, you must go through a third-party application in which the storage location can be determined by that application and either configurable or not.
Outside of this scenario, this location can also be very variable depending on the browser or the Android skin used; in the worst case, you will need to explore via USB connection to the PC the phone until you find them, some devices categorizing this exploration by type (documents, videos, ...).
