Hello I don't know if I'm in the right place in the forum. My problem is the following: when I open my bank account everything works very well except for printing the account statements, which I can't obtain. I'm on Chrome version 70.0.3538.77 I'm on Windows 10 version 1809 I have Kaspersky 2019 version 19.0.0.1088 I tried disabling bank protection in KIS without any result Thank you Best regards

Hello thank you for your response, I had already tried this solution, but the question I'm asking is that 8 days ago I could easily print my account statements directly from my banking site, which is still simpler. For a while now, browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and even Edge have been tightening personal data security with each update. I have Kaspersky Internet Security as my antivirus, which includes a banking protection module in its configuration, thinking that it might not work well with the rest, I temporarily disabled it and miracle it works. Hello,  Kaspersky may block printing from the browser.  In Kaspersky, look for the option → Modify restrictions and configure rules for applications  Source here for Kaspersky Internet Security 2019  In summary: Open Kaspersky, go to the gear (the cogwheel) Section → Protection Click on → Application Control Click on the line at the bottom of the window → Manage Applications. Right-click on Google Chrome Select →  Restrictions  Select → Trusted  Same for Kaspersky 2018. source You have the images to do it with Google Chrome.    Then try to print your bank statement.  A+
