Hello,
I have a Canon Pixma MG5750 printer, I've had it for 10 months but I don't use it all the time.
Useful details:
- It scans + It makes black and white and color copies.
- No issues with the cartridges (full and original, properly installed, detectable on the computer, etc.).
- Windows 10.
The problem:
- At my last use, I notice that it no longer makes copies (it outputs a blank page), yet it scans the sheet perfectly (the scanner works).
- When I need to print a PDF file (the blue one with the 'E' symbol) or DOC or WORD. By clicking on the print icon (as usual), it also gives me a blank - empty - page. However, it worked very well before... But when I print the document using ADOBE ACROBAT (the red PDF), it works but the print quality leaves much to be desired.
- I did a nozzle cleaning, then I printed two test pages (one from Windows and one from the printer’s color lines: they are perfect).
- I tried to reset it, same problem...
- I noticed there is a stain inside (or maybe it's normal... could be where the ink is absorbed??...).
----- I doubt that the print data from the PDF or DOC is transferring to the printer...
